Why this matters

Flatwork before/after is one of the strongest scroll-stoppers.

If you document it correctly, it sells the next job for you.

Follow:

Step-by-step: the “marketing angle” routine

1. Take the before shot from the same angle you’ll use after.
2. Include an edge line or reference point so it’s obvious.
3. After the clean, match the exact angle.
4. Take one close-up of the worst spot.

Natural upsells (say it like this)

• House wash (walls match the new concrete)
• Roof soft wash (if growth is visible)
• Windows (curb appeal bundle)

Decision points

• If the customer is HOA or listing the home:
  • emphasize curb appeal + documentation.

What good looks like

• Customer immediately sees the difference
• You have proof that matches angles

Do this next (assignment)

• Capture 3 flatwork before/after pairs with identical angles.
• Write a one-sentence upsell line for house wash.
