Module 8 — Specialty: Paver Sealing System (Lesson)

Paver sealing is one of the easiest ways to look like a pro — and one of the easiest ways to get blamed when it fails.

This module gives you a system you can defend: prep, cleaning, joint sand, application, cure, and expectations. The order matters because customers remember the failure, not the effort.

What you’re really selling

Not “sealer.”

You’re selling:

• protection
• color enhancement (if chosen)
• joint stabilization
• easier maintenance

The system (order matters)

1. Clean correctly (flatwork fundamentals)
2. Treat stains (oil/rust) before sealing
3. Re-sand joints (wet sand)
4. Apply sealer evenly
5. Cure + protect from weather/traffic
