Week 0 — Springboard: Your First 7 Days (Momentum Plan) (Lesson)

You don’t need everything to start.

Rent what you can’t afford, reinvest off real jobs, and put early money into leads — not obscure tools you’ll use twice a year.

This 7-day plan is a simple momentum builder: one SOP, one proof pack, one checklist, one real job at a time.

Day 1

• Read Proof Pack SOP.
• Print the Operator Checklist Pack.

Day 2

• Run 1 gutter job using the SOP + Proof Pack + Final Walk.

Day 3

• Run 1 window job (traditional) with drip discipline.

Day 4

• Practice “speed to lead” responses (Module 9).

Day 5

• Build one GBP post from one Proof Pack.

Days 6–7

• Review mistakes and tighten your checklists.
